Fully standalone controller for the complete heatpump system used in modern Tesla's.

This is the Superman controller. You get complete control over heating, cooling and battery thermal management with maximum efficiency, similar to a modern Tesla Model 3 or Y.

Whether you’re converting a classic car, kit car or building something custom, this controller gives you maximum performance and efficient heating and cooling of all subsystems.

How the system works

The controller manages 3 coolant loops (Battery • Motor • Radiator) and 3 refrigerant loops (Cabin left heat • Cabin right heat • Cabin cooling).

It can move heat energy intelligently between any loop, giving you ultra-high efficiency and proper cabin heating even in cold weather.

Key features

• 4 simple digital inputs. (Heat cabin left/right, Cool cabin and Preheat).

• 5 temperature sensor inputs. (Ambient air, Radiator Inlet, Radiator Outlet, Battery, Powertrain). Sensors are included in "Installation kit"

• Radiator fan speed control with 12V PWM.

• CAN-bus support for diagnostics and control. All digital and analog inputs can be send via CAN, See documention for specifics.

• Optional built-in WiFi based on ESP32 with webserver to configure and monitor from any phone or laptop.

• Over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates with WiFi option

• Robust aluminium enclosure and conformally coated PCB.

Standard included:

• Controller in aluminium enclosure

• Pre-wired 48-pin CMC connector with extra pins

Not included (but optional):

• Installation kit. Coolant connectors and temperature sensors

• WiFi Module. For configuring and live view of the controller functions.

• Cabin Coolant Condensor. Makes it easy to get the heating working in vehicles without modifying HVAC housing. Comes with hose adapters.

• Tesla Heatpump Supermanifold + Compressor. Choosing this option guarantees a tested functional system.
